This Griddler was a Christmas present for my daughter in law. She was very happy to receive it. It was a very good price and fast shipping.

Returning this the day I received it. Plastic latches hold the griddles in place and can't possibly last.
Because of the offset between top and bottom plates, which are fixed, the usable area is smaller than the
gridle size for making paninis. The griddles also do not open wide enough for big sandwhichs
Since I purchased this product just to make panini's, it's not of much use.

I had purchased a Breville and was very satisfied with its quality and functioning,
but it had no on/off switch and arc'd when plugging it in and out. This isn't rocket science... so why
can't the manufacturers make an adequate product?

I purchased this from Amazon, when I received it, It looked like it it had been opened and it 's way too small for what it is. In the video it appears much large. There's no way you can cook three panninis on this. I am very disappointed with Amazon. So I will be returning this. On top of that I have to pay $10.54 for return shipping
